Meals on Wheels New Home Cleanup

Come help with clean up and beautification at Terre Haute Area Meals on Wheels!  Volunteers will help remove evergreens from the front of the building and replace with Hostas and rock as well as level grassy areas around the building and fill those areas with rock.  Volunteers will also help paint the building’s meeting area, move shelving and install base molding around walls, dust canned goods in the storage room, seal the parking lot with driveway sealer, and paint new lines on the parking lots.  Plastic gloves will be provided.  Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own gloves if they would like thicker gloves, as well as bring a head covering, shovels, and a paint brush for trim.

Location is 1621 S. 25th Street in Terre Haute. A free breakfast is available at Maryland Community Church from 7:45 to 8:30 prior to the project for all volunteers.
