Thanks for all your prayers and support for the Terre Haute Life Chain will be on

in the last three years.  This was Life Chain number 15 as a coordinator.  The yearly
average for Terre Haute is 65 participates with our highest year at 132 in 2008. Most
participants were from St. Patrick Parish and St. Joseph University Parish.
Archdiocese of Indianapolis Bishop O’Meara Respect for Life Award
Just want to thank everyone for their prayers and support of my Respect for Life
ministry work.  I was quite surprised when I was informed that I was nominated and
selected for the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Bishop O’Meara Respect for Life Award,
especially since I received the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Sanctity of Life Award in
spring 2011.
This award could easily been given to Monica Siefker from St Johns Parish in Bloomington,
or Marian Leahy from St. Charles Borromeo in Bloomington.  Other Helpers of God’s
Precious Infants that could also have been given the award is Chris Mulvihill from Holy
Rosary in Seelyville, Pat Cole from  St. Vincent de Paul Parish in Bedford, Jack Slaby
from Saint Patrick in Terre Haute, or Ned Wenstrup from Immaculate Heart of Mary in Cincinnati.
A big thank-you to my two Respect for Life mentors, Monsignor Larry Moran and Sister
Diane Carollo, for the many years of Spiritual Direction, prayers, and support.
Thank you all for your prayers and support.
Spread your love for life,
Tom of the Holy Family
Missionary Servants of the Gospel of Life
——–
The Helpers of God’s Precious Infants are a group of people committed to maintaining
a loving and prayerful presence outside of the abortion mills, where God’s children are
put to death. We unite ourselves with these victims in solidarity with their pain, as they
are put to death at this modern day Calvary. We pray in reparation for the injustice being
performed on their tiny bodies. Just as Mary and John lovingly stood and prayed beneath
Jesus’ Cross as he died, we wish to remain with these children in the hour that they are
crucified.   Most of all, we love the unborn children who will be brought there that day. These children have been rejected by their parents, and are doomed to die. The only human love
they may ever encounter in their short lives may be from those of us standing outside.  www.helpersny.org
