SUMMARY:Virtual Rosary and Business Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Brother Knights;\n\nUntil further notice we are converting our Knights of Columbus meetings to Virtual Meetings. So you don’t even have to leave the house to participate! We’ll be doing this via a service called Zoom and all you need to participate is a computer with a webcam and a microphone (you can also call in via telephone).\n\nThis will begin with our scheduled business meeting on April 6th. We will be doing both a virtual Rosary together at 7 pm and our business meeting at 7:30 pm.\n\nDue to time restrictions with the service we need to set this up as two separate meetings – one for the 7 pm Rosary and another for the Business Meeting. So\, below you will find links to each of the two meetings for April 6. You just need to click on the link or copy and paste the URL into your browser to join the meeting. You do not have to download any software or applications.\n\nTo join Rosary – https://us04web.zoom.us/j/636474580\n\nTo join Businss Meeting – https://us04web.zoom.us/j/333163038\n\nWe will go live at 6:50 that evening to assist anyone who needs help with getting their webcam and microphone going to be able to fully participate. Please find a quiet place to join in so any background noise around you is minimal.\n\nALL will be unmuted during the Rosary. For the business meeting all will be muted unless they are unmuted by me. If you want to comment or input you’ll need to “raise your hand” by typing into the chat box that you wish to speak. I will then unmute you for your input.\n\nIf you have any questions please ask. We’ll be doing this for the forseeable future so we can keep things rolling until we’re allowed to meet in person again.
