DESCRIPTION:Helpers\, \nA reminder that our next Helper’s prayer gathering will be on Saturday\nApril 6\, 2019\, if you need a ride\, please call me at 812-841-0060. Be\nprepared for a windy spring day because sometimes in April and May\nwe can experience a windy cool day and it is best to wear layers of\nclothing and to peel a layer off it you are too warm.  Bloomington is in\nthe middle of a 40 Days for Life campaign and we adjust our plans to\nhelp provide much needed coverage.  The following is the schedule for April: \nNext Helpers Gathering Details \nOur next Gathering is Saturday April 6\, 2019 at Planned Parenthood in\nBloomington\, Indiana.  Our itinerary follows: \n6:45  AM – Pickup anyone that requires transportation and depart Terre Haute \n8:30 AM – Mass at St. Charles Borromeo Parish in Bloomington\, Indiana located\nat 2222 E 3rd Street Bloomington\, IN 47401. (This is a 57 mile trip and takes\napproximately 1 hour and 15 minutes) \n9:15 AM — Gather at Planned Parenthood 421 S. College Ave.\, Bloomington\, IN\nfor Helpers of God’s Precious Infant Prayer Vigil and Divine Mercy Chaplet at\nMother of the Redeemer Retreat Center 8220 W State Road 48\, Bloomington\, IN 47804 \n10:15 AM – Complete prayers and switch hats to 40 Days for Life Shifts \n2:00 PM – Depart Planned Parenthood \n3:30 PM – Should arrive back in Terre Haute \nIf you plan on carpooling or have any other questions please call 812-841-0060. \n40 Days for Life – Spring 2019 \nThe spring 40 Days for Life is during the Lenten season.  The actual dates are\nMarch 6 through April 14.  This means we will be asked to cover the Saturday\nApril 6\, 2019 hours from 9:00 am UNTIL 2:00 pm.  We can use all the help we\ncan get. So please consider to sign up for an hour at\nhttps://40daysforlife.com/local-campaigns/bloomington/. \nReunion \nAs we experienced over the last ten years many Helpers relocate or have a\nchange in their schedule that does not allow them to attend every first Saturday.\nMany Helpers that have experienced this have mentioned to me they like to\ncome even if it once a year.  May 4\, 2019 would be a good Saturday for us to\nmark on the calendar and meet up for Helpers in Bloomington.  There is another\noption and that is wherever duty calls you to be on the first Saturday of the month\,\nyou can pray along with us. \nHappy 10th Birthday Helpers \nHappy Birthday to us\, Happy Birthday to us.  Helpers of Terre Haute started in March\nof 2009.  After seven years and five months we had to move to Bloomington due to the\nclosure of Planned Parenthood in Terre Haute.  For two years and six months we have\ntraveled to Bloomington. Even though our attendance has declined\, we go in the same\nspirt as Mary mother of Jesus\, and the beloved disciple John went to the first Calvary.\nThank-you for all your support. \nSomeone recently asked how this ministry lasted so long. In fact\, the statement was\na bit more lacking in respect.  I think it is a manner of simplicity.  We do not have a budget;\ntherefore\, we do not have a Board of Directors.  We do not have long meetings that assign\ntasks that do not get attention.  This eliminates egos and such.  We merely go to the modern\nday Calvary in the same spirit as Mary and John went to the first Calvary. \nThank you all for your prayers and support. \nSpread your love for life\, \nTom of the Holy Family\nMissionary Servants of the Gospel of Life \nThe Helpers of God’s Precious Infants are a group of people committed to\nmaintaining a loving and prayerful presence outside of the abortion mills\,\nwhere God’s children are put to death. We unite ourselves with these victims\nin solidarity with their pain\, as they are put to death at this modern day Calvary.\nWe pray in reparation for the injustice being performed on their tiny bodies. \nJust as Mary and John lovingly stood and prayed beneath Jesus’ Cross as he died\,\nwe wish to remain with these children in the hour that they are crucified.   Most of\nall\, we love the unborn children who will be brought there that day. These children\nhave been rejected by their parents\, and are doomed to die.
